1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using DropIt (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Service is operated by AG Devs. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

DropIt provides automation tools for Instagram Direct Messages. We allow users to link their Instagram Professional or Creator accounts via the official Meta Graph API to configure automated responses (DMs and public replies) to follower comments based on specific keywords.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of DropIt, you agree to the following:

• You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including spamming or sending unsolicited promotional content that violates Instagram's Community Guidelines.
• You are solely responsible for the content of the messages (DMs and replies) configured through your automation rules.
• You must maintain the security of your account and promptly notify us if you suspect any unauthorized access.
• You acknowledge that DropIt operates via the Meta Graph API, and you must comply with all of Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Policies.

4. Meta Integration and Compliance

DropIt is an independent application and is not endorsed, sponsored, or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram. Your use of the Service requires linking your Instagram account. We do not store your Instagram password; authentication is handled entirely through Meta's secure OAuth flow. If your use of DropIt violates Meta's policies, your Instagram account may be subject to restrictions by Meta, for which AG Devs holds no liability.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AG Devs, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) any restrictions placed on your Instagram account by Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
